KIC-IT (Kids In Crisis Intervention Team) is having their 3rd Annual Walk A Mile In My Shoes fundraising event.
Many are unaware that Johnson County does not have a homeless shelter or transitional housing. This event was created to raise awareness and help to bridge this gap in our community! Since its inception, KIC-IT has provided meals, support and resources to nearly 200 homeless youth residing in Johnson County, but we want to do more. We need to do more!
So come on out and help us achieve our goal to raise funds to purchase & operate a shelter facility for homeless youth in Johnson County!
