COLUMBUS, Ind. – Healthy Communities and the Bartholomew County Public Library are sponsoring “Bike to Work Day” this Friday, May 20. Everyone is welcome.
Group rides will leave at 7:15 a.m. from two locations in Columbus, The Shoppes at River Bend and Blackwell Park. The Shoppes at River Bend meeting place for bicyclists is the People Trail near Papa’s Grill while those taking off from Blackwell Park should meet at the People Trail near the path at Hummingbird Drive.
Riders will pedal to the Bartholomew County Library Plaza where a free, light breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Healthy Communities is an initiative of Columbus Regional Health.
