Duane Hodgin will discuss the book he recently co-authored WW II Duty, Honor, Country: The Memories of Those Who Were There.  The book contains personal stories of 84 Hoosier servicemen across Europe and the Pacific and in various branches of the armed forces.  Many of these soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines served in nearly every major battle in Europe and the Pacific including: Pearl Harbor, the invasion of Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge, Guadalcanal, Iwo Jima and Okinawa.  Program sponsored by the Bartholomew County Library Associates.
