Fireworks to be displayed at state parks

Columbus, IN, USA / QMIX 107.3

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Hoosier officials say the public can watch fireworks at several Indiana State Park properties this year as Independence Day is celebrated. Standard gate fees will apply for admission throughout the day at each site, and social distancing is expected to be followed while you visit the parks.

Clifty Falls, Patoka Lake, Pokagon State Park, and Raccoon SRA are all hosting their own fireworks show this Saturday, July 4. Residents planning to view one of the pyrotechnic displays are recommended to monitor each park’s social media page to know what time each celebration begins. Versailles State Park and Monroe Lake will also be hosting firework shows later in the year.

The annual QMIX Musical Fireworks in Columbus has been postponed to Labor Day weekend.
