pinnochioA new survey by Voucher Codes Pro reveals that 58% of online daters lie on their profile. Other findings:

– the average online dater has been on dating sites for 3.7 years and has had two meaningful relationships from dating online

– 33% of online daters are currently with someone they met online

– 21% of online daters have been unable to find love online

– biggest male lies: employment (48%), age (41%), marital status (27%), hobbies (23%) and kids (14%)

– biggest female lies: age (52%), weight (44%), job (17%) and smoking habit (13%)
