COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Festival of Lights (FOL) Parade and QMIX Christmas Musical Fireworks drew thousands of area residents to downtown Columbus on a cool, but dry, Saturday evening. Young and old alike enjoyed the night as they got into the holiday spirit.
The FOL Parade route was lined with families and friends as they watched approximately 100 floats go by. It is the largest parade each year in Columbus.
The crowd then stayed around and viewed QMIX Christmas Musical Fireworks as they exploded over Columbus City Hall. As always, the fireworks were synchronized to your favorite holiday songs.
The first FOL Parade was in 1989, while QMIX Christmas Musical Fireworks debuted in 1991.
