COLUMBUS, Ind. — The 2023 Exhibit Columbus Design Presentations will be held all day at The Commons on Saturday, February 25, and feature 13 presentations of design concepts that will become installations in a free, public exhibition, Public by Design. The event will begin at 8 a.m. with coffee and pastries from Lucabe Coffee Co.
There will be short presentations by each of the Exhibit Columbus participants with the opportunity for you to provide feedback before they are constructed for the exhibition that opens in August. Attendees have the option to purchase a ticket for a buffet-style lunch offered by Fresh Take Kitchen.
The day will unfold over the course of four sessions, starting with Communications Designer Chris Grimley, who will provide an early look at the exhibition map. He will discuss how visitors to the 2023 Exhibition will be able to explore installations along a featured route. You will then visit the 12 other sites and hear what will be created at each one.
The Design Presentations are organized to mimic the exhibition route with the map as a guide. Tickets are free and you can register through Eventbrite.
