FRANKLIN, Ind. — Leadership Johnson County is hosting a workshop on generational differences later this month.

It will be held on November 28, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Johnson County Armory.

The cost is $59 per person for those who are a part of the Leadership Johnson County team, Franklin Chamber of Commerce members, Franklin College alumni, Indianapolis Chamber members, and Aspire members. The fee is $69 for the general public.

In this workshop, you will learn the science of generational differences, assess your own generational worldview, and learn proven strategies to communicate and lead across generational divides.

Participants will:

  • Gain generational and personal awareness
  • Review preferences and trends by generation including your own
  • Discuss proven communication and leadership strategies for a variety of scenarios
  • Apply diverse and inclusive approaches
