SEYMOUR, Ind. – Authorities from police agencies north of Jackson County alerted the Seymour Police Department (SPD) on Friday afternoon about a Lincoln Navigator that had eluded them and was heading south on I-65. They said it would soon be entering Jackson County.

Shortly thereafter, officers from SPD and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office observed the suspect vehicle at the 55-mile marker traveling at a high rate of speed. When law enforcement tried to initiate a traffic stop, the Navigator sped away and a pursuit ensued.

The vehicle exited the interstate at U.S. 50, continued west into Seymour, and crashed at Meadowbrook Drive.

Four occupants, all later identified as being from Florida, fled on foot from the vehicle but the chase quickly ended with all four men being apprehended.

Keenon Yohancer Seymour, 26, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement in a Motor Vehicle, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident, Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon, and Resisting Law Enforcement on Foot.

Ingram Harper, 36 of Coral Springs, was charged with outstanding felony warrants and Resisting Law Enforcement on Foot.

Ydnel Termilen, 27, of Fort Lauderdale, was booked for Resisting Law Enforcement on Foot.

Raheem Tamar McLeod, 25, of Fort Lauderdale, was jailed for Resisting Law Enforcement on Foot.
