COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Police Department (CPD) continues to update the public as investigators look into the shooting threat made to Parkside Elementary School. An arrest has been made.
On Sunday evening, September 15, CPD took a juvenile female into custody and remanded her to the Bartholomew County Youth Services Center. She was charged with Intimidation and False Informing.
Even though a suspect has been arrested, CPD says it continues coordination with the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office and the Indiana State Police to ensure safety at all Bartholomew County schools on Monday.
