FRANKLIN, Ind. – The Johnson County Community Foundation (JCCF) hosted a reception Tuesday evening to celebrate the three Johnson County students who were awarded a 2025 Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.

A spokesperson at JCCF said, “It was truly inspiring to connect with these talented individuals, and we’re eager to see what their futures have in store.”

Each Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship provides full tuition, required fees, and a special allocation of up to $900 per year for required books and equipment for four years. The scholarship is for full-time undergraduate students leading to a baccalaureate degree at any eligible Indiana public or private nonprofit college or university.

The local Johnson County students honored were:

  • Anna Brumley of Franklin Community High School
  • Haroon Mardanzai of Whiteland Community High School
  • Kalli Cadwell of Franklin Community High School
